We have a wide variety of after school clubs that take place at our school, some led by the teaching staff, others are independently run. Please contact the office to put your child's name down for any of the clubs. Please note that there is a charge for the independently run clubs, and a charge of £1 per session for Cookery Club to cover the cost of ingredients. |
Drama Club is led by Mrs Humphris on Thursdays from 3.15pm - 4.00pm for K.S.2 children. 20 places available. |
Judo Club is led by Steve Moxham who is an experienced professional Black Belt teacher on Thursdays from 12.00 - 1.00pm (including lunch) in the Phoenix Hall. This club is for Years 1-6. Additionally, Steve runs an after school club on Thursdays from 5.00 - 6.00pm for Years 5-6. Please contact Steve on 07821 250648 if your child is interested in joining. |
Art Club is led by Mrs Bonham on Tuesdays from 3.15pm - 4.00pm for K.S.1 children. 10 places available. |
K.S.1 Cookery Club is led by Miss England on Tuesdays from 3.15 - 4.00pm. 6 places available. £1 per session. |
Junior Art Club is led by Miss Farey on Mondays from 3.15 - 4.15pm for K.S.2 children. 15 places available. |
The Rushton Soccer Club is led by Matthew Rushton on Tuesdays from 3.30 - 4.30pm for K.S.1 and K.S.2 children. £3 per session. If your child is interested in joining please contact him on 07703 920627 |
Football Club is led by Mr Nashwalder on Tuesdays from 3.15pm - 4.15pm for Rowan, Sycamore and Cherry class children. 16 places available. |
Lego Robotics Club is led by Mr Nashwalder on Fridays from 3.15 - 4.15pm for Sycamore and Cherry class children. 12 places available. |
Netball Club is led by Miss Phillips on Mondays from 3.15pm - 4.00pm for K.S.2 class children. 12 places available. |
Jewellery Making Club is led by Mrs Lawless on Tuesdays from 3.15pm - 4.00pm for K.S.2 class children. 15 places available. £2.50 per session to cover the cost of materials. |
Arguing Club is led by Miss England and Mr Nashwalder on Tuesdays from 12.00pm - 12.35pm for K.S.2 class children. |
Netheravon Wildlife Watch Club This club is run in conjunction with the Wiltshire Wildlife Trust and meets once a month. It is open to all children from Reception to Year 6, although children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. This club is led by Mrs Lampard. There is a cost of £1 per session to cover the cost of materials. Dates of meetings to be confirmed. |
Music Tuition
In addition to our many clubs, we are delighted to offer piano, recorder,violin, singing and guitar lessons. Mrs Elaine Reed is able to offer piano, flute or recorder lessons. The Wiltshire Music Service is able to offer guitar lessons. Mrs Moody is able to offer violin lessons. All these lessons take place during school time. Hannah Sandu is also able to offer private singing lessons. If you are interested in any of the music lessons then please contact the school office. |
